In this project, we supported AB Invest and Møller Eiendom in enhancing the project value and potential earnings for a hotel in central Oslo. Utilizing our AI to optimize the hotel's design, we identified 21 additional hotel rooms beyond the architect's initial proposal. The project estimates an added property value of 1.5 million to 3 million NOK per room (approximately €150,000 to €300,000), resulting in an increased project value of 70 million NOK (around €7 million). This strategic use of AI significantly boosts the project's profitability and appeal.
