We secured 8th place
For the tenth time, Innomag and Computerworld Norway present an overview of what they consider to be the 25 Norwegian companies excelling in the field of innovation.
– "It is a highly qualified jury that has based their decision on suggestions from our readers and, after a thorough evaluation, ended up with this list," reports the website.
This year's list includes both long-standing companies and new Norwegian growth businesses. At the top is the Stavanger-based company Laerdal Medical, which for over 60 years has been helping the world with innovative solutions in medical equipment. They won ahead of Aker BioMarine ASA, which won seven years ago and was named Europe’s most innovative company the following year.
– "We believe this is by far Norway's most comprehensive overview of who is truly innovative, as opposed to those who are merely talking about innovation," says jury chairman Truls Berg.
The award will be presented in September by Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre and Professor Robert C. Wolcott, who leads The World Innovation Network.
We are newcomers to the list and it is very exciting to receive such recognition for the work we do and the product we create, even outside the construction and real estate industry.
There are some very impressive companies on this list – and it is an honor to be among them.
