In this project, we assisted Møre og Romsdal County Municipality with quality assurance of tender specifications before the tendering process. We identified several missing requirements, inconsistencies, vague contract formulations, and contradictions in responsibilities that would have increased the municipality's risk and costs for the project. The estimated project savings amount to 3 million NOK (approximately €300,000), significantly reducing potential financial and operational risks
