We were brought in during the detail design phase of this project to assist the general contractor, who faced significant challenges with ceiling height due to the increased volume of technical equipment in the ceiling void throughout the detailed design process. Struggling to meet the 240 cm requirement (approximately 94.5 inches), with Consigli's help, we managed to reduce the space needed above the ceiling by 7 cm (about 2.76 inches) - ensuring that the room's ceiling height comfortably met the requirements and contributed to the building's overall quality.
